We use our expertise and decades of experience to guide the set design process to bring your vision to life with the goal of exceeding your expectations. We hope you feel like we’re part of your team throughout the process.
01 Request
Submit your project details to get the process started.
To begin, we ask that all clients, new or returning, fill out our prop request form. The more information you can provide when completing the form, the better.
*Please do not reach out to one of our team members individually with a prop or quote request, as they often get lost or forgotten. Submitting the Prop Request Form helps us keep requests in order and respond to you promptly.
02 Design
We’ll connect with you to explore your vision and project needs.
Once your form has been submitted, our team will review it and reach out via email. In some cases, a design consultation meeting will be scheduled to review and clarify details of your project.
03 Quote
We generate a quote unique to your project
Our lead designer and engineer, Chris, will compile a detailed estimate including material costs, labor, and delivery (if needed) and share the finalized quote with you via email.
04 Adapt
Our team will adjust project plans to match your vision
To help our clients understand the field perspective or certain design elements, Chris may render the set pieces digitally. Changes to the design can be discussed at this point, and our team will adapt as needed to better fit your vision and budget.
05 Approval
Your approval secures your spot in our production schedule
When the design and quote have been approved by the client, your project will be added to our queue for the season. We will be in touch to obtain a deposit for your project and confirm billing and delivery details as necessary.
06 Production
Our team handcrafts your set from the ground up in our Garner, NC shop.
We build our production schedule based on location, timeline, availability, etc. If prototyping is required, we begin that process and send photos and videos as needed to make final design decisions. All of our sets are built by hand in our shop in Garner, NC.
07 Delivery
Your finished set is on its way!
We use third-party freight companies to deliver your sets in the event that you cannot pick up from our shop. We do our best to fill a truck with multiple groups, pending space and the geographic location of the delivery to help keep delivery costs as low as possible. Our team will be in touch to schedule delivery and request final payment within 30 days of delivery.
